That is unreal! Wow! It sounds like it should be the right ones. Boy, you have found out more in one day than I've been able to in 2 years! I would love to see the picture with Jim Holsapple in it. That would be my husband's great uncle. And he has never met or seen a picture of any of his dad's side of the family. Actually, he did meet Estelle sometime in the early 60's when he was 5 or 6 yrs old. My husband was born and raised in California, and his Dad loaded the family up and drove to Illinois to try and find Nannie's grave. They went to the cemetery where she was supposed to be, but the caretaker there told them a road had been built thru the area where she was. We don't know if they moved her or not. So he said they went from the cemetery to "aunt Estelles", but he was so young, he barely remembers her. I can't tell you how exciting it is to hear that these people actually existed, we were sure beginning to wonder! I've been on the computer all day trying to find anything about Nannie or Jess First and as usual....el zippo! Thank you so much, you have difinately made my day!
