Friendsville is in Medina County Ohio. The LDS index lists an "Arnow" Ish, which could easily read as "Amen" in Harrisville Township, Medina County, Ohio. His wife is Jane and a daughter is Urith.

Melissa C., 9, Ohio
Uritha J., 5, Ohio
Ella M., 2, Ohio

I don't find them in Westfield Township in the 1860 census.
