Thanks for the info Linda. I had a feeling that we were heading that way. As I have been doing my research I have found that there are 2 lines of Jackmans. It works out that 1 line came into the north and 1 came into the south. My line is the northern line . The southern line traces back to Virginia ,but where the line back to in England I am not sure. Rick
