Mary Mullins was married twice. She married Mason Triplett 28 Mar 1785. Mason died sometime around 1797, as she was listed on the tax roll for 1797 and 1790 Census. Mary (mullins) Triplett marries Richard Jacks 24 Jan 1806 in Wilkes Co NC. A deed record 31 Oct 1809 in Wilkes Co NC between Richard Jacks, Thomas Triplett, Nancy Triplett, William Triplett, and Elizabeth Triplett legaties of Mason Triplett of Surry Co. NC and John Adams $200 for 100 Ac. S side Story Fork Creek Crossing Glady Fork. These were her children by 1st marriage.
On 9 July 1844 Mary Jacks appeared before Justice of Peace in Surry County NC, stating that she was 78 years old and gave testimony for proof of revolutionary service for her brother William Mullins(decd 1810) who married Sarah Triplett. William also had a brother Flower Mullins of Hawkins Co Tn. Her written testament was witnessed by Richard Day.
