This may be a near miss but I have a Richard Reuben Jacks, b. 10-16-1780 but in NC; however, his father, also Richard Reuben was born 1739 in Baltimore, Maryland and died 11-17-1831 in Surry Co., NC. The Richard Jacks who was born in Baltimore had a father and a grandfather who were both born in Anne Arundel, Maryland. Any connection? Jean
