Isn't family research fun? You find an answer and discover a hundred questions! Thought I'd throw into the cooker what I have on wife of Richard Jacks:
Richard Ruben James Jacks, b1739, son of Richard Jacks, bJun7, 1713, d1787 and Anna Melia Brinegar, b1724, d. after Oct. 1787, married Mary Sparks and had five children: Elizabeth, Guardner, Charity, Nicolas and Diana.After 1783 he married Mary Ann Prock supposedly in Rowan County, North Carolina. Richard Sr. and Anna Melia Brinegar had ten children: Ann, Elizabeth, Edward Richard, Rachel, Nancy Ann, Barbara, William, John Nicholas, Thomas Edward and Richard Ruben James Jacks.
