The J.J. Jaco, who owned the house you purchased in Booneville, MS was Jasper Joshua Jaco, a son of Benton Peter Jaco - Methodist minister. "Josh" worked for a railroad most of his life, last in Jackson, Madison Co., TN where he retired and passed away. His father, as I understand it, was one of the founders of the Community College in Booneville, as well as the Methodist Hospital in Memphis, TN, and preached in Booneville, as well as in Iuka, MS, where he retired and was teaching a Sunday School class at age 90.
