My great great grandmother was Ann Maria Jacobs (born in1840) Her parents were Wendel Jacobs & Margret Gunfer. Anna married Peter Prediger in America, Her parents were from Lorraine, France but she was born in Laussane,Switzerland.
Peter Prediger's port of entry was New Olrleans.
He Was supposedly a doctor, but may have died some time in the late 1800's. Anna Marie then married Kelly (a vetranerian?) in Jerseyville IL
