I suggest that you "google" the combined terms of "Jacot",
"watch" and "swiss".... I got about 4070 matches. My mother's family cam to the US from Switzerland about 1870, from Nuechatel, near Lake Geneva. The family was married into to the Jocot claim, and were watchmakers....
