My maiden name is Jacobik and Frank and Sophia (Knapik)were my Great- Grandparents. My grandfather, Richard Jacobik is their youngest child, he is still living and resides in Florida. My mother is a geneologist and can tell you more information. I think that my grandfather is the only one of their 12 children still alive.
