You probably have this; but, a couple of years ago, I found some citations for correspondance between the JACOWAYs at the following site:
reference@tn.state.tn.us
There was a reference to an 1843 letter from Archibald to Benjamin mentioning his intent to send some hogs to TN. Archibald mentions that he'd like to see Benjamin; and, he mentions the death of a son. (It appears to be Benjamin's son from my notes.)
There were a couple of citations for documents from John G JACOWAY.
Since I was trying to find from where the JACOWAYs came before Wilkes Co NC, I'm afraid I didn't get a more specific page link.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
