I've been researching my Dutch ancestors but cannot get beyond Minnert Jans Jager (my gggg grandfather)who was born in 1720 in Oostermeer, Tietjerksteradeel and died in 1812 in Surhuizum (Achtkarspelen, Friesland). He married Trijntje Broers. Unfortunately Australia is a bit too far for me to visit Holland! Does anyone have any ideas on how I can move on and find the parents of Minnert Jans Jager.
