Dear Sandi,
Thanks for your response to my request. From an Ulster County, NY census I learned that Jeremiah was 65 years old who was living in Saugerties living in a home with a Simon Relyea, Hiram Davis and family Ann his wife, Uris, Maria C, Joseph and Mary. All three men were coopers by trade. Also in the household was a Mary C Osterhout who was probably related to Mary Burhans who was the wife of James H. Jagger, son of Jeremiah. It states he was widowed and was born on Long Island having lived three years in Saugerties. He possibly was widowed at that time and moved to Saugerties where his son James H Jagger was residing. I will check out Hiram Davis it possible as perhaps Ann was a "Jagger" and was a child of Jeremiah and Ann (Harrison) Jagger. I also think it is possible that Jeremiah had a sister "Miriam" These Jeremiah's are really difficult to seperate and I do appreciate your help.
