Here's what I have in my database for Elias Jagger (1818-1907):

His parents are Silas Jagger (1774-1842) and Sarah Meeker.

Silas was born 1 Sep 1774 at Connecticut Farms, New Jersey and died 30 May 1842 in Licking County, Ohio. He married Sarah Meeker, dau of William Meeker and Hannah Tichenor, 15 Jan 1796 in Elizabeth Town, Union Co, NJ.

Silas and Sarah had 13 children: Charity; Mary; Stephen; John; David; Charles; Zenas; Silas; Eliza Ann; Sarah; Elias; Caroline; and Margaret.

Silas & Sarah Meeker Jagger lived in Connecticut Farms, NJ in 1796; from 1806-1816 at Chatham, Morris Co., NJ; and moved to Licking Co., Ohio in 1817.

Silas Jagger (1774-1842) is the son of John Jagger (b. 2 Jul 1746 - died 20 Apr 1816 in Chatham Twp, Morris County, New Jersey) and Phebe Foster.

John Jagger's father was Nathan Jagger(born 1714 in New York).
