Who were the descendants of your Thomas Jagger? Do you have any Squire Jagger in your database?
The parents & older sibs of my great-grandfather James Jagger (b. Apr. 1843 Southowram) lived at Hipperholme in 1841. James' brother Will may have worked in 1842 at the Quarry House Pit, between Hipperholme & Northowram. Will later named a son Squire (b. in U.S.), so I wonder about an earlier Squire in the ancestry. Northowram is one place that I am looking for the ancestors of my James Jagger. No success so far. James & Will also had a brother Thomas, possibly b. 1844. No Jeremiah encountered yet in my known kin. Any clues in your data? Thanks.
