My great-grandfather was Joseph Frank, born about 1856 in Landau, Odessa, Ukraine. He emmigrated to South Dakota,USA, in April 1887. He was married to his first wife Margaret and they had 6 children, Michael, Josepha, Casper, Catherine, Anna, and Helena, all born in Russia. They came from Franzfield.
Shortly after his first wife died, he remarried an Elisabeth or "Lizzie" Zahn. They had 11 children and ended up farming in Estevan, SK, Canada. Regina or "Minnie" Frank, their daughter was born about 1896 in SD. She married Anton Jahner.
One of my dad's aunts was a nun who had alot of Jahner family history but now has either died or has Altzheimers.
Looking to see if anyone has any information or pictures of Regina, Anton and their family.
