Seeking information on E.D. Johnson who served in the 21st Maine Volunteers (Infantry) during the Civil War. He was in Company L of this unit. I have information about a round copper colored token with his name and unit on it and the words "War for the Union 1862".
Where in Maine did he live? When was he born and when did he die?
