I have posted on this message board before, but think it worth another try as so many new researchers join weekly.
If anyone during their research has come across a William Johnston born Ireland (1790 circa) his son Robert Hardcastle Johnston born 1818 in Newtown, County Westmeath. Ireland. died 1902 Somerset, England. related in some way to Benjamin Hardcastle Johnston also of Westmeath who settle in Ontario, Canada. We have all information on Benjamin and his relatives who settled in Canada, but are anxious to find the exact place in Ireland where the original family came from.
