My paternal grandmother (2/18/14-7/12/90) was named Wadislava - although everyone knew her as Lottie. Her parents were Helena Oblak (we called her 'Buscha' - which I was told means 'Grandmother' in Polish) and John Kaczor. I never knew John, but I remember my great-grandma. I was very young when she passed away...
The other offspring of Helena and John were: Edmund, Mitchell, Elanor, and Arthur.
I believe my great grandparents did come over from Poland, but I am not sure. Does anyone have any information they can share? Thank you!
