My Father's name was often mispronouced as "Kakule", and was spelled Kakulka and Kukulka.
His Mother was of German descent and her maiden name was Agnes Welcher. I have several different spellings for her name. Remember that in German, "W" has a "V" sound.
His Father and Grandfather were both born in Austria and spoke Polish.
Grandmother's Father was German thru and thru. Maybe this could be a link for both of us. Please let me know.
Thanks, Kathy
