Keily / Baker family of Waterford
Posted by: Valerie Ridout (ID *****1918) Date: February 12, 2006 at 09:54:20

I'm tracing my family tree and have hit a brickwall where my relatives in Ireland are concerned. I was wondering if anyone can help me come up with any information. My GG Grandfather John Baker born 1849 in Waterford married Catherine Keily born 1839 Waterford.John was a bookbinder by trade. They had 7 children in total,Michael my G Grandfather being one of them. He was born in 1871 and the other children were George, Kate, Rosa, John, Alfred and Sidney. The eldest two George and Michael were born in Waterford but the younger children were born in Swansea, West Glamorgan where they moved to in about 1872.If anyone has any information they think relates to this then I would be more than happy to hear from you.Bye for now, Valerie.
