We seem to be tracing the same Kellerman family. Lydia was a sister to my grandmother, Melinda Henrietta Kellerman, who married Rudolph Thomas Christ. They lived in Coryell City then moved to League City near Galveston when my mother, Alice, was 5 yrs. old. I'm to the point where I'm trying to find out if their father, Wilhelm, came to the U.S. through Galveston or New York. I have checked both places and can't seem to find him. I did find his sister, Sophie, who came before him. She left Bremerhaven on 9/12/85 and arrived in Galveston on 9/30/85 (ship-Weser, arrival quarter-3, family # 72716). If I find him, I'll share the information with you.
