I remember an Art Kellner in the Bexley, Ohio area when I was young. I think his wife's name was Margaret, but I can't remember his children's names (I think there was a son and a daughter), but would probably recognize them if I heard them.
You mention a Clara Seydler. My grandparents are Frederick Charles Anthony and Ida Seydler (daughter of Gotlieb Gotfried Seydler and Marie Fisher (?)). I remember my parents referring to an Aunt Clara at times.
