Dear Chrissie or Les,
Saw your postings re: Kempsters in Durham, the 31 Cort Street, Benfieldside, Durham, England, family are connected to our family line. If these are part of either of your lines, we'd love to hear from you. Our connection is John Kempster, b. circa 1866 at Workington, who married Margaret Bainbridge. They had one son, Arthur b. July 16, 1898 at Blackhill, Durham, England. The family emmigrated to Canada in 1907 with the rest of the Bainbridge family and on to Detroit, Michigan about 1910.
