Henry Keslar - mid 1800's Ohio

My great grandmother, Mary Alice Beers, b 5/30/1860, was the daughter of Henry Keslar and Mariah Line. They were married 6/22/1859 in Wayne Co. Ohio. Mariah died when Mary Alice was an infant and she was raised by a maternal aunt and uncle in Big Beaver Twp, Beaver Co. PA. Henry, supposedly, went to the Richmond, IN area, and, as far as anyone can tell, was never heard from again.

Mary Alice married Charles Franklin Beers on 5/17/1883 in Noble Co. IN. She either did not know, or did not care to share her family history with her family, so we have very little to go on. We have always thought that Henry came from Holland, but have no proof or any idea where that information came from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cindy Beers-Lanning
