I have information concerning Charles Kesterson born August 12, 1819 in Green Co. Tenn. I have copies of letters from Charles' mom in Tenn. to him telling him about the Civil War. I also have the story of Mary Dunagan Kesterson's death. Their son, Charles, born April 26, 1854 in Warrensburg, Tenn.,is my husband's gggrandfather. He married Nettie(Jeanette) O. Russell born Sept. 11, 1862 Tabor,Iowa. They had four daughters: LoDema Beatrice, Bessie Blanche, Elsie Alfredia, and Ruth Russell. Nettie died on December 24, 1896 from consumption. She is buried in Wakefield, Nebraska. Charles died Feb. 26, 1927 in Council Grove Kansas, But he is buried in Wakefield Nebraska. I have a picture of him with his 4 daughters. I have an genealogy record compiled by a great-uncle of my husband's that traces the Kestersons back to Va. in the 1600's. So if you have any quetions please reply.
