I just wanted to post the name of this ggggggrandmother, Sabina (or Savinah) Kincer or Kinsor. She was married to a John King, the patriot, possibly around 1770. My history states this information on this family.
"John and Sabina Kincer King deeded land to sons Jacob, Christian, John Jr. and George on May 14, 1799--land on Reed Creek known as Ratliff's Marsh (in Deed Bk #2 pg 347 Wythe Co.) John made his will Nov. 2, 1802 (Will Bk. #2, pg 4) but it was not probated until Sept. 11, 1810. John did not name his sons in the will except William who was to get "the one-third whereon I now live". His wife, spelled this time Savinah, was to get "one-third part of my estate real and personal and to have the priviledge to one-half the use and benefit of the fruit trees on the plantation where I now live..."
I would love to hear from anyone who has information on this family.
