Just a note to state that I am a decendent of an Oscar Franklin Kinney. Probably a relative to one John Kinney buried in Doddridge County. Uncertain of much background regarding my Grandfather Oscar, but of his Five Children, my mother was his eldest daughter. I do recall the name "Gallagher" (sp) being mentioned in regards to his mothers maiden name. I am in Wood County West Virginia, if I can be of any help, let me know! Oscar was married to one Ruby (Roberts) Kinney.
