The book "Instigator: The Troubled Life of Lorenzo Dow Kinney" has been finished at the end of 2008 by Richard and Judith Wagner. This concerns L. D. Kinney born in New Brunswick in 1855 and who died in Oregon in 1920. The book chronicles Kinney's life in N.B. (briefly) his time in Va, Ut, Ak, BC and focuses on his years 1902-1914 on the Coos Bay in Oregon where he promoted railroads, streetcars and land. There is an appendix which gives his family genealogy.
