Joseph Kinney, assuming he is the father of John Gibbon Kinney and Husband of Mary Elizabeth Gibbons, has been tied genetically to the Dutch Adrian Kinne line (and not the Henry Kinne line as many had thought). Although his parents are still a mystery, we are hopeful we can connect with other participents in the Kinney DNA Surname project to trace their path through NJ, PA, and OH and eventually find the missing link.
