I am trying to trace the family of my mother's birth father Henry Andrew Knecht who died in 1944 in the War when she was 2 years old.His Grandparents Albert KNECHT b 7 March 1857 St Gallen Switzerland. Married 9 Feb 1880 Ursula Kuhn Born 17 Feb 1856 Roschach Switzerland. They moved to Bloomington USA in 1883.Their children were:
Albert b 1880 married Laura Geske
Fred b 1881 married Minnie Hein
Henry b 1882 married Laura HALL -parents of Henry Andrew
Ernest b 1887 married Clara Jaeger
Carl b 1893 married Marie Schwab
Herman b 1894 married Iona Read
