It seems very likely that your Louisa is related to this family, but we need to verify whether she's Friederich's daughter. Friederich and family arrived in New Orleans on 17 January 1854. Their youngest child on the ship was Franziska, age 1 month at the time of their arrival. Your Louisa could be this Franziska, but her birth date would need to be Dec. 1853 or Jan. 1854 at the very latest (depending on whether she was exactly one month old on January 17, or did they round upwards?).
We need to double check the census records: 1860 Floyd Co., Indiana, p. 318. I haven't seen the 1870 census record yet. Do you have any other sources as to Louisa's parentage?
Whoever finds out first, let's keep the other posted on what we learn.
