My Great-Great Grandfather was August Carl Krause; born - I think round about 1850 in Prussia (according to what family say). He married Caroline Spargi. One of their son's were Edward Herman Krause b. 8 Oct 1883.
Somewhere this branch of the family ended up in South Africa; though I do not know which one of the two (Father or Son) did the immegrating to AFrica.
As I cannot find any reference of the Krause's immegrating to AFrican, I am not sure that the names I am finding on the net are my ancestors. Can any one help me with information on this immegration to africa.
