Hello, I'm very happy you contacted me. I have a lot of information on the Agnes nee LEDUC line but still need to locate a few more BMS records. But I do have her lineage all the way back to Pierre LEDUC, b. c. 1677, Rouen, Normandy, France; married JUN 28, 1700, Catherine FORTIN-LAGRANDEUR, Lachine, Montreal, QC. I also have copies of the original Catholic church parish BMS records on many of the individuals in the lines, right up to your Agnes; that is, records of those who were born in Canada. I also have some records I have retrieved from Michigan, using the LDS Pilot site. Agnes was the 9th child out of 12 born to Joseph LEDUC/LADUKE and Emeline nee LEDUC/LADUKE. Joseph LEDUC was the brother of my great grandmother, Julia "Lucy" nee LEDUC VIAU. I'll post a little bit here, but need to have you write me by private email because there is too much to post. That way I can send you family group sheets and copies of all the BMS records I have. Here's a snippet on the parents of your Agnes LEDUC WINKLER: Joseph LEDUC, b. JAN 24, 1838, St-Timothee, Beauharnois, QC; d. abt OCT 8, 1820, Inverness Twp, Cheboygan, MI Mar. DEC 5, 1880, Inverness Twp, Cheboygan, MI, Emeline LEDUC. Emeline was born in NY abt 1863. I believe she died in MI. I'm currently waiting for information on her from a MI volunteer. Joseph's parents: Joseph LEDUC & Emertienne PROVOST Emeline's parents: Gabriel LEDUC & Zoe LEFEBVRE I have the MI newspaper obit for Joseph LEDUC that I can send you. I also have transcribed census records I can send you, along with the images if you prefer. I hope this helps. Please contact me by private email. It's really nice to meet you.
