Shannon Obviously the St. Peter is written in English and not Hungarian. There were several towns in old Hungary that had the Szentpeter in the name of a village. Do you know a megye / county by any chance, like Vas, Veszprem, Torontal just to name few? The old 1910 map is at : http://lazarus.elte.hu/hun/maps/1910 Take a look in Ellis Island website www.ellisislandrecords.org by using One Step: www.jewishgen.org/databases/EIDB/ellis.html www.genealogienetz.de/reg www.surnamenavigator.org Just located a KRENN Stefan from Szt. Peter but no mention of a megye. A phone listing for KRENN in Slovak Republic's phone book. www.zoznamst.sk Check LDS-Mormons website if they have filmed from SzentPeter.
