Hi, I have recently updated my Kruse family tree with more editions and have added more surnames. Recently found new connections to Christian David Kruse and Charlotte Frantz (my 4th Great Grandparents) of Steinhagen and Kirch Mulsow.

My Great Grandfathers family, John Kruse, immigrated from Hamburg in 1869 and settled in Chicago, others to Buffalo region New York, and to Belle Plaine, Shawano County, Wisconsin. They came from the small German towns of Klein Belitz, Reinstorf, Kirch Mulsow, Steinhagen, and Viezen (Vietzen). Church records at the Neukirchen Parish date back to 1660. Neukirchen Evangelical Lutheran church was built in 1233 and is near Buetzow or 100 miles northwest of Berlin.

My Great Grandfather Johann "John" Kruse:
