I have a copy of a legal paper where JOSEPH SCOTT and MOSES SCOTT are bound to James Garvard Esquire, governor of the commonwealth of Ky. for fifty pounds currebt money until said money in full is paid back. Having no knowledge of Ky or their wordings would someone be kind enough to tell me what it means? It is dated but I am unable to read the date.
