Hi
I was wondering if someone could tell me where they came up with Marie Mannon for the wife of Antione.

By the Dennisen books it says Antione and Marie Sauteuse Indian. I have eight children listed for them.
Therese b: 1782 Joseph b: 1769 Antione b:1771 Angelique b:1773 Pierre b:1775 Cecile b:1780 Marie b:1782 Charlotte b:1783. Are these dates correct?

If my dates are correct Mannon cannot be the native woman Antione lived with. According to the bill of sale if anyone has a copy check the dates. Antione bought her October 10,1775. Joseph b:1769 Antione b:1771 Angelique b:1773. So he could not of known her before this time. Comments please.

I also think PANIS (PAISE f) is a Pawnee word.
