Gina
Antoine had 3 wives:

Angelique Campeau - M. 1759
Marie/Mary - M. 1768
She is referred to both as Marie (French) or Mary (English). This was probably not her real name but an adopted name. I have never seen anything concerning a possible indian name. The indians of this area had been in contact with white trappers and traders for well over a 100 years by this time.
Charlotte Barth - M 1784

The children you list are all by the 2nd wife. They are the only children that have the "dit Badichon" name. I don't know why Therese, Cecile and Marie include the name Descomps and the others don't. The names I have are the same as yours but the sequence is different.

Joseph 1769
Antone 1771
Angelique 1773
Pierre 1775
My ancestor. Died at the battle of Raison River (Monroe Michigan) in 1813. I don't know if he was killed as a member of the malitia or the indian raid on French town. There are several websites that tell the story of the Battle of Raison river and the raid on French Town.

Therese Descomps 1777
Cecile Descomps 1780
Marie Descomps 1782
Charlotte 1783

Charlotte died in late December 1783. It appears she only lived a couple of days. Marie/ Mary died a couple of days later. Probably due to weakness or complications of childbirth.

Hope this info is helpful.
