Hello Maly,
It would have been nice to have his mother name on the certificate. It is hard to identified which Louis is the father since I have a lot of them.
The only info. that I can add to yours is the name of Minnie husband. Edouard Dubois (Wood) son of Joseph & Lina Boutin m. on january 17, 1911 in Moers Fork, NY.
