There have been at least three Eulalie LaBarge Kicks. Yes, Thomas & Julia had a daughter Eulalie LaBarge Kick; Thomas was a son of Charles Kick and Eulalie LaBarge. Thomas' daughter lived 1893-1961. Thomas' mother lived 1825-1892.
Thomas' mother's death (of uterine cancer) in 1892 may have prompted his daughter's name. Thomas' wife Julia died young, from one of the epidemics that scoured St. Louis during the World's Fair. Thomas died six years later from alcoholism prompted by her sudden death.
