We are searching for information about my father-in-law's family from the Easton PA area. His name: Willard Phillip LaBarre Jr born (likely in PA) c1928, died 1975 Baltimore. WPL Jr married Bertha Biddison, Baltimore MD c1952. His father WPL Sr married Emma Purdy. WPL Sr. and Emma moved family to New Freedom PA about 1939, (Willard Jr + Alma + Marie) then not long after moved to Essex MD just outside Baltimore, eastern area, where Sr. owned a TV repair shop and "transported" moonshine on the Chesapeake Bay.
