Labatt researchers might be interested in a recent book about the brewing Labatts of London, Ontario, Canada. It's titled, On Tap: The Odyssey of Beer and Brewing in Victorian London-Middlesex. It's well-written, wonderfully illustrated (family pics) and filled with all sorts of family legend and lore. I think the email contact is:
