The following info is what have currently on family of Oliver & Elisabeth as rec'd by Rev. Bernardin Prieur, St.-Jean-Chrysostome Parish, Quebec. Would like to fill in as many blanks as can. Am decendant of their son Joseph Elie or Eli/Ely Joseph LaBelle (spelling varies depending what document is rec'd).
OLIVER LaBELLE b.__d.__son of Jean Evangelisto and Charlotte (Cheviefils) LaBelle. m. 4 Jan l870, St.-Jean-Chrysostome, ELISABETH BOOMHOWER b.__d.__daughter of Jacob Boomhower and Mathile LaForce. Children born to them:

l. MARIE MATHILDE LaBELLE: bapt. 28 Aug l87l "..born yesterday..godfather John LaBelle, godmother Mathilde LaForce.." d. April l876, buried 2l April l876 "..determined the day before to be about 4yrs, 8 mths old.."

2. ELISABETH S. LaBELLE: b. ca l873-l874, d. April l876, buried 28 April l876 "..determined the day before to be about 2yrs and a half..."

3. OLIVER B. LaBELLE: bapt. 23 Jan l875 "..born day before..godfather Cyrille Barbeau, godmother Clara LaBelle..", no info on marriages or death.

4. ELYSABETH B. LaBELLE: bapt. 30 July l876 "..born day before..godfather Pierre Geraux, godmother Sophrone Boomhower..", no info on marriages or death.

5. JOSEPH RODRIGUE LaBELLE: bapt. 2l Jan l878, "..born day before..godfather Rodrique LaBerge of St. Urbain, godmother Thalrise Langtin (sp)..", no info on marriage or death.

6. JOSEPH ELIE or ELI/ELY JOSEPH LaBELLE: bapt. ll March l882, "..born day before..godfather Elie Boomhower and godmother Amilee Boomhower.."; d. 5 Oct l95l Hartford, Vt, buried 8 Oct l95l, Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hartford, VT; m. ca l903-l904, ELLA MARY WHITE: b. 20 Jan l883, Lebanon, NH, d. 8 Jan l957, Thetford, Vt, buried l0 Jan l957 Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hartford, VT, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Annell/Hamel (sp varies)White.

7. SAPHRONIE B. LaBELLE: bapt. 4 Sept l883, "..born this morning..godfather Narcisse St. George, godmother Virginia LaBelle..", no info on marriages or death.

Possibly other children born but no record. Any additional info anyone can help with would be greatly appreciated.
