I have found records of my great-grandfather, Gabriel Richer (anglicized to Richards when they migrated down to Manchester, NH) and his wife Leonora (Eleanora)Rivet or Riviere. Different records have her name spelled various ways. Gabriel's parents are listed as Louis Richer dit Lafleche and Marie-Genevieve Bousquet-LaRose. They were married in St. Hyacinth, QC in 1822. Marie-Genevieve's parents are listed as Pierre Bousquet-Larose and Josephte Rivet. I'm thinking since she was m. in St. Hyacinth, perhaps her parents were from there. I can't seem to find anything on Pierre & Josephte.
