Information on St. Jacques dit Cheval and Larouche

I'm looking for information (anything at all!!) on Francois ST.JACQUES dit CHEVAL and Olympe (Olimpe?) LAROUCHE.

Their daughter, Sophie married Israel GUERTIN around 1875. All I have is that Israel was from St. Hyacinthe and Sophie from Stanstead. Israel was born Aug 3, 1856; Sophie on Oct. 31, 1855.

If anyone knows of (or can search for info on) this couple I'd be most appreciative.
