I am searching information on Jessie Jane Larouche(spelling unsure of and many variations seen) born St. Paul Minnesota on November 10,1889. She may have had a sister. This is my mother in laws mother(who is now 80) and wants to find out about her mothers family. She would never tell the children anything of her life as a child and told them near her death that they could find out all they wanted in Everett Washington. Why there? She was married on Sept 5 1905 to James Whitehead in Moyie, B.C. Canada. Any information greatly appreciated.
