I have not worked Adamson families at all. The book on the English family said that Margaret's father was in the British army.

Interesting that Amelia's family were definitely Tories, but her father in law isaac Lenoir signed the Declaration made by South Carolina according to the histories. I have looked online for a copy of this but have not found it posted.

I would just be happy to prove the parentage of the first Thomas Lenoir. Lots of ideas out there, but you can't go by given names with this family. They used the same names over and over.
