Thanks, I am not sure if that is the same Zephirin. It very well could be, but I am unsure. If I could get a birth certificate of that individual, it would make the connection, though I have been unable to do that. I do have some dates from his parent's burial report:
Marie Febronie (Cote) Lepage was buried 9/24/1895 Fall River, MA
Ludger Lepage was buried 5/4/1906 Fall River, MA
They were married 12 Jun 1860 in Rimouski Canada.
If you could help me any further that would be great, if not, thanks for your help.
