Seeking given name and other information about Unknown SHOCKEY, m. to Robert LINDON, b.ca.1838, son of David LINDON & Elizabeth WILSON. Unknown SHOCKEY LINDON died when son Robert Shockey LINDON was born, ca 1879, Magoffin Co., KY. [Family has no other info about her.] Robert Shockey LINDON survived, married, fathered 11 children, and died in Hazard, Perry Co., KY., 16 Sep 1956. There may have been other children from Unknown Shockey, before Robert Shockey LINDON was b.
From info I have found on Ancestry.com site, Robert LINDON was marr. to Millie Unknown, and had 3 sons before he married Unknown SHOCKEY. Robert Shockey LINDON's family knew about the marriage to Lucinda, and knew her children, whom their father considered his brothers and sisters.] [They just didn't know her name was HADDIX, which I also found at Ancestry.com.]
I would appreciate any information anyone has, whom I have not contacted.
I have tried to contact the following Ancestry.com submitter by email: cdolges@iglou.com My email was returned as an invalid user at iglou.com. This person had a lot of info on Elizabeth WILSON, whose mother was a NICKELL. Can anyone out there help me out?
